Shipping policy

We ship using United States Postal Service and UPS. These take 2-5 days depending on where you live in the US compared to Baltimore, MD. We can ship express mail depending on the item - please call us 877-241-8611 to see availability.

Please read the individual page for shipment time frames. As a general rule, all of our custom shirts, custom sweatshirts and custom caps (more than $29.95) take approximately 1-3 weeks to ship. Our standard caps and other products typically take 1-3 business days depending on stock levels. If multiple items are on a single order, we ship the order all together as a complete order. If the items have different shipping times the order will ship according to the items with the longest shipping time. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded in full minus shipping and handling charges. Packages that must be rerouted because of wrong zip codes, addresses or suite numbers will be charged the $5-10 fee, so please be sure you have the correct address.
